Kingston is the commercial capital of Jamaica and the center of its business process outsourcing industry. The island's sector employs roughly 40,000 to 50,000 people across about 70 companies, and a large share of that talent, along with the universities and training institutions that feed it, is in the Kingston metropolitan area.

Our Kingston center is where RC Business Solutions started and where our 24/7 programs run. It houses leadership, the compliance and technology team led by our CIO, and the largest pool of agents, which makes it the natural home for new client launches and for programs that need overnight and weekend coverage.

The site is access-controlled with CCTV monitoring, runs on redundant fiber connectivity, and operates inside the same quality framework as every RC program: weekly calibration, individual coaching and client-visible scorecards.
