Transparent Pricing Models
We quote every program in writing after a discovery call, because hours, channels and complexity change the number. Here is how our models work and what the market benchmarks look like.
Three Ways to Engage
5 to 15 dedicated agents
Inbound voice, chat and email coverage, weekly calibration, quality monitoring included, HIPAA and PCI-scoped handling available. Ideal for a first nearshore program.
15 to 50 dedicated agents
Omnichannel voice, chat and email, sales and upselling capability, daily performance dashboards and a dedicated account manager.
50+ dedicated agents
Custom training program, white-glove onboarding, multi-site redundancy across Kingston, Mandeville and Treasure Beach, executive reporting.
All models are priced per dedicated agent per month or per productive hour, with no shared-queue pricing and no surprise add-ons. Setup and training are itemized on the quote.
What Contact Center Labor Costs by Region
Hourly cost per agent, published 2026 benchmarks. Use these to sanity-check any quote, including ours.
| Option | Hourly cost per agent | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| US in-house agent, fully loaded | $28 to $38 | Includes benefits, management, facilities and attrition; base wage alone is about $19 to $21 (BLS) |
| US outsourced agent | $28 to $42 | Published 2026 vendor benchmarks |
| Latin America nearshore | $12 to $19 | Mexico, Colombia and others; Spanish-first markets |
| Jamaica nearshore | $10 to $18 | Native English, within one hour of US Eastern |
| Philippines and India | $7 to $16 | Lowest rates; 12-hour time difference and accent trade-offs |

Where "30 to 45%" Comes From
Published 2026 benchmarks put US outsourced agents at roughly $28 to $42 per hour and fully loaded in-house agents at $28 to $38, against $10 to $18 for Jamaica. That is where our 30 to 45% figure comes from, and it is deliberately conservative.
Take a 50-seat program. At a fully loaded US cost of roughly $60,000 per agent per year, that team costs about $3 million. A 40% reduction saves about $1.2 million a year, which is the figure we quote for Enterprise programs. Smaller programs save proportionally, with one honest caveat: on a 5 to 15 seat program, one-time setup and training and your own management time compress year-one savings. We show that on the quote rather than hiding it.
What the savings do not include is the cost of poor quality. Far-offshore rates look lower on paper; the accent complaints, 12-hour time difference and churn show up later in CSAT, repeat contacts and your team's time. The nearshore case is the total cost, not the hourly rate.
Pricing FAQ
Why don't you publish a per-hour rate?
Because a rate without scope is misleading. Hours of coverage, channel mix, compliance requirements and complexity all move the number. We give you a written, itemized quote after a 30-minute discovery call, and we are happy to benchmark it against the ranges on this page.
Is there a minimum team size?
Five dedicated agents is our Starter model. Smaller pilots are possible for programs expected to grow.
What is included in the price?
Dedicated agents, team leadership, recruiting, onboarding week, client-specific training, weekly calibration, QA and reporting. Setup and any client-specific technology are itemized separately.
How long are contracts?
Typically twelve months with a ramp period, and flexing seats up or down for seasonality is built into most agreements.
Do you charge for attrition and retraining?
No. Replacing and retraining agents is on us. That is one of the biggest hidden costs of in-house teams and it is included here.
