HIPAA-Compliant Call Center & Healthcare BPO

Patient scheduling, eligibility, billing questions, claims and member support by agents trained on HIPAA, under a signed Business Associate Agreement.

What HIPAA-Compliant Actually Means Here

There is no government HIPAA certification, and any vendor that says it is certified is telling you something about its sales team rather than its controls. What a business associate can legitimately do is sign a Business Associate Agreement, implement the administrative, physical and technical safeguards the Security Rule requires, train its people, and prove it on request. That is what RC Business Solutions does.

Every healthcare engagement runs under a BAA. Agents complete HIPAA training before go-live and annually after that. Protected health information stays inside your systems through role-based access, with session logging and the minimum-necessary principle enforced at the workflow level. Facilities are access-controlled with CCTV, and data is hosted on US-based infrastructure.

Our CIO, David Fullwood, leads the compliance program and has spent his career building the technology and controls behind Jamaican BPO operations. Ask us for our security documentation before any sensitive discussion; we expect to sign an NDA first.

HIPAA-Compliant Call Center FAQ

Are you HIPAA certified?

No one is. HHS does not recognize any HIPAA certification. We are a HIPAA-ready business associate: we sign BAAs, train agents, maintain documented safeguards, and provide the evidence your compliance team needs.

Will you sign a Business Associate Agreement?

Yes, before any PHI is handled. We can work from your BAA template or provide ours.

Where is patient data stored?

In your systems. Agents work through role-based access to your EHR, practice management or CRM platform, and our own infrastructure is hosted on US-based servers.

Do agents have clinical training?

Our agents handle non-clinical work: scheduling, eligibility, billing, claims and support. Clinical questions are escalated to your licensed staff by the protocol you define.

What about PCI for patient payments?

Payments are taken inside your PCI-scoped payment flow so cardholder data stays in your environment. See our security and compliance page for how we handle PCI DSS.
